Branding

Linn-Benton Community College Commuter Newspaper Rebrand

While working as the marketing coordinator for The Commuter, I led a full rebrand of the student newspaper, including updated visual identity and promotional strategy. Given the frequent staff turnover typical of community college publications, the branding has since evolved. I also contributed photography during my time with the paper.

John Hughes Film Festival Branding

Ths branding concept was created as part of a class project and is not affiliated with an actual festival. The goal was to capture the nostalgic, heartfelt, and quirky spirit of John Hughes’ iconic films through visual identity. From the logo to the color palette and promotional materials, every element was designed to reflect the tone and themes of his beloved 80s classics.

Woolworth’s to Woolie’s Rebrand

This conceptual rebrand was developed as part of a class project and is not affiliated with the actual company. The objective was to modernize the historic Woolworth’s brand by reimagining it as “Woolie’s”—a contemporary retail experience that blends nostalgia with updated visual identity and market positioning. The project focused on refreshing the logo, color scheme, and tone to appeal to today’s consumers while honoring the brand’s legacy.

Rapid Rebrands

In the three projects below, I challenged myself to reimagine the branding for logos that caught my eye. To keep the focus on creativity and quick execution, I limited myself to just a few hours for each branding sheet.
